Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your RocketAEO subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing month.

2. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for
• You will continue to have full access to all features during this time
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends

3. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for:

• Any portion of the subscription period that has already been paid for
• Partial months or unused time within a billing cycle
• Subscription fees after the service has been accessed or used

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in to your RocketAEO account
• Navigate to Account Settings
• Select "Cancel Subscription"
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as service outages or billing errors caused by RocketAEO, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with details of your situation.
